Under Ethiopian Catholic Church- Social Development Coordinating Office of Harar emergency response and rehabilitation sector of intervention there are two components, which are support to non-displaced people and support to internally displaced people.

 

1. Support to non-displaced people 

 

The component of support to non-displaced people comprises seven major activities as listed below:

1. Provision of food items;

2. Provision of crop seeds;

3. Provision of farm tools;

4. Destocking and restocking of livestock;

5. Provision of livestock feed;

6. Logistic support for vaccine campaign of livestock;

7. Multipurpose cash transfer.

 

2. Support to internally displaced people

 

The component of support to internally displaced people comprises seven major activities as listed below:

1. Provision of food items;

2. Provision of essential non food items;

3. Cosntruction of temporary shelters;

4. Provision of shelter construction materials;

5. Water supply schemes rehabilitation and expansion;

6. Construction of sanitation facilities;

7. Mutipurpose cash trnasfer.
